Dongqi Crane’s technical team consists of experts with 30 years of experience in lifting equipment design, dedicated to providing customized solutions for our clients. Whether addressing specific tonnage requirements, unique operating conditions, or special project needs, our engineers offer two to three options for the client to choose from—including equipment images, videos, manuals, configuration details, and 3D drawings—to ensure the delivery of the most suitable lifting equipment. Additionally, we supply crane component kits (such as end carriage assemblies, wheel assemblies, and electric hoists) and provide complimentary design drawings for crane main girders.
Technical Support Service
Installation and Commissioning
The smooth putting into use of equipment and high customer satisfaction are also what CATET pursue. After the equipment arrives at the customer’s site, we will arrange for engineers to provide remote video installation guidance, or go to the site to provide guidance according to customer needs. We will ensure that the equipment undergoes strict debugging after installation and can operate normally.
Training Service
In order to ensure the safe use of the equipment and maximize its performance, we provide training services to customers, and CATET’s professional technicians will train the customer’s operators. The training content includes equipment start-up and shutdown procedures, emergency procedures execution methods, detailed instructions for various configurations, etc.
